Alclad iMotors is a new face in Electric Vehicle Startup with inbuilt system recharging innovative technology in its wheel to recharge its battery to power the electric vehicle. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Electric Vehicle Specialist to join our team in providing the best electric vehicle experience to our clients.

What You'll Do

    As our Electric Vehicle Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, conducting vehicle inspections, and performing repairs and maintenance on electric vehicles. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest electric vehicle technology and be responsible for educating clients on the benefits of owning an electric vehicle.   You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that all client needs are met and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
    In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for new team members on electric vehicle technology and best practices for maintenance and repairs. You will collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative ways to improve the electric vehicle experience for our clients.   Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure that our company is always providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for electric vehicles and a deep understanding of their technology. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the electric vehicle industry and possess strong communication and customer service skills. You are a problem solver and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with electric vehicles. You are also comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients.

In addition, you possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and have experience working with electric vehicle charging systems. You are knowledgeable about industry regulations and are committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and emerging technologies.
